Kowa Coffee
Our first blend, Taraba, is a celebration of the discovery of coffee in Ethiopia and
the birth of specialty coffee in Nigeria. It is a blend of African coffee beans that are
carefully picked in Ethiopia and Nigeria and then roasted to perfection in Lagos.
The Ethiopian beans are wet processed then sun- dried. The Nigerian beans are
dry processed, and together, they create a harmonious blend with sweet floral
notes and bright acidity.
Taraba is a medium roast blend that is best enjoyed as filter coffee.
